Using Italian Organic Fine Durum Semolina and our Stone Ground Organic Bread Flour we are able to create a loaf filled with soft pillow-y centers packed with olives and a buttery crunchy exterior. 

In our bread we use the finest Unfiltered Olive Oil imported from Italy, Purified Spring Water and Sea Salt from Guérande.

The olives are imported from Italy and Greece, we combine both for a perfect blend on the palate. This helps keep the bread moist and fresh for up to one week…if it stays that long.

This sourdough contains no commercial yeast and naturally has a longer shelf life.

No additives or preservatives used.
