We've crafted a little treat for the pallet this time. We start by making our famous smooth and silky Dulce De Leche in which we then combine Gochujang (Go-chu-jung) to create a new plateau of flavour for the tastebuds.

Gochujang is a fermented soybean chilli paste from South Korea. It is made from glutinous rice, wasabi, fermented soya beans and rice. It is extremely known for it’s health benefits, providing lower blood sugar levels and antioxidants.
