Our famous Macaron that'll take you back in time to your Grandma's kitchen. We've taken the sensation of an Apple Pie and infused it with our homemade buttercream. Of course, the only way to do this is to bake a delicious Apple Pie! We start by locally sourcing the freshest Mutsu Apples and combining it with our Organic homemade pie crust. We then blend the whole Apple Pie and combine it with our homemade Crème Anglaise Buttercream. To finish, we add a dash of cinnamon on the macaron to carry the flavour throughout your palette. We hope you enjoy eating this, as much as we did creating it. 

*Fun Fact: Our Macaron represents the colour of our main ingredient, the Canadian Mutsu Apple. This Apple is known for it's sweet-tart flavour which emphasizes the spices of the fruit.
